The Quick Bar is your central navigation hub in Rally sessions.
Located at the bottom of your screen, it provides quick access to all essential components of your meeting.
From here, you can move between different views of your current agenda item, check estimations, or review attachments without interrupting the flow of discussion.
Use the navigation arrows to move between agenda items smoothly or click directly on the agenda to open your complete Agenda List.
This gives you immediate access to all items scheduled for your session, along with their story point estimations.
The Quick Bar helps maintain your meeting's momentum by keeping all essential tools and navigation options readily available, while providing a clear view of your session's progress and structure.
The Agenda List gives you a comprehensive view of all items scheduled for discussion in your current Rally session. Each item shows its story point estimation total, helping you gauge the overall scope of discussions ahead.
Need everyone to focus on a specific agenda item? Use the "Call Attention" button to notify team members to join the discussion. This is particularly helpful when team members are working across different items.
